infographic review of the 56th edition of La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec

The 56th edition of La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec lived up to its legend and the results prove it: three intense stages over nearly 1,850 miles, capricious wind conditions in the Bay of Biscay, tough passages in the English Channel, and constant tension until the finish in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. After 19 participations, it was Alexis Loison who finally took victory, winning two of the three stages and imposing her consistency on her rivals. Alongside her, Charlotte Yven , the new heroine of the race, became the first woman to reach the podium, while Arno Biston climbed to third place. But beyond the ranking, this edition celebrated human emotion, the collective performance of the sailors, the enthusiasm of the stopover villages, the involvement of the technical teams and the public's enthusiasm for this demanding and deeply human event.
