General Situation:


Monday , anticyclonic border conditions over the Bay of Biscay and light easterly flow between the vast anticyclone over Northern Europe and the cold pool over Portugal.


Tuesday , a weak low-pressure system will be located off the coast of Portugal, while a large high-pressure system will be situated over the British Isles. Westerly winds will be well established at the entrance to the Bay of Biscay, under the influence of the cold front.


Wednesday , a new ridge of high pressure will form between Galicia in Spain and the Bay of Biscay, with light wind conditions.
