General Situation:
On Monday , a southwesterly flow will gradually strengthen over the Celtic Sea under the influence of a 984 hPa low-pressure system circulating midway between Ireland and Newfoundland. A warm front associated with a weather system will pass through in the afternoon, followed by a cold front in the evening and early night from Monday to Tuesday.
Tuesday , moderate to fairly strong southwesterly flow over the Bay of Biscay, under the influence of a large low-pressure system over the North Atlantic.
Wednesday , a 1027 hPa anticyclone will be centered over the Charente coast at midday. A light to moderate south-southwest wind will prevail along the western edge of the anticyclone. An anticyclonic ridge will be associated with an area of light winds over Galicia and Cape Finisterre.
