Jules Ducelier is aiming for the Top 5 this year!

A 28-year-old Norman, licensed with the Société des Régates du Havre, Jules Ducelier won the Young Norman Talent selection in October 2023. He then took the helm of the Figaro Beneteau 3 Région Normandie for two seasons, with a clear ambition: to perform quickly in the highly selective world of solo ocean racing.

Trained in light sailing (Optimist, 420, 470), he also sailed on Diam24, 69F and on various inshore craft, before turning to the open sea and adopting the Figaro Beneteau 3 as his new playground.

In 2024, for his first season on the Figaro circuit, Jules put in a series of high-level performances:

5th of the Solo Maître CoQ

5th of the Le Havre - Allmer Cup

1st Rookie of the French Elite Offshore Racing Championship

On the Solitaire du Figaro Paprec 2024, he confirms his full potential:

16th in the general classification

A podium finish at stage one to make an impression on his first participation.

In 2025, Jules returns to La Solitaire du Figaro Paprec with solid benchmarks, a dynamic of confidence and the firm intention of playing at the top of the rankings.
