🚨BREAKING NEWS: Dismasting of Marin Carnot's Figaro, Fondation Jérôme Lejeune

The young rookie, Marin Carnot, lost his mast on Monday, May 18th at 5:12 am. The boat was sailing in manageable conditions, with winds of 15 to 18 knots and seas of 1 to 1.5 meters. The skipper is safe and his boat, located a few dozen meters from the Wolf Rock lighthouse, was quickly secured by the Trimaran Express and the No Limit race management boat.

Towed by Express, Marin Carnot's Figaro is expected to return to a port in northern Brittany. At present, a decision has not yet been made.
