RACE DESCRIPTION

1,850 nautical miles between Rouen (Seine-Maritime) and Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue (Manche), passing through the Bay of Morlaix (Finistère) and Vigo (Spain). A challenging course with a stopover abroad, which will offer a varied playing field for the Figaro sailors.

ROUEN

BAY OF MORLAIX

Morlaix Bay, nestled between land and sea, offers an exceptional natural setting, blending islands, maritime heritage, and wild landscapes. An ideal location for lovers of sailing, nature, and escape.

VIGO

Vigo is a naturally sheltered, year-round port strategically located in northwest Spain. It specializes in high-value general cargo, with highly specialized operations.

SAINT-VAAST-LA-HOUGUE

Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue is a charming coastal town that juts out into the sea like a ship's prow, on the east coast of the Cotentin Peninsula. Steeped in history, this fishing and marina port is also a renowned seaside resort.
