With the "Chain of Excellence in offshore racing, Bretagne - Crédit Mutuel", the two entities join forces on this project of shared interests that aims to identify, train and make grow the champions who race in the Brittany colours. With the base of Challenge Espoir Region Bretagne and the long standing sponsorship that has been developed over the years to support Nicolas Troussel, the idea to create the "Chain of Excellence in offshore racing, Bretagne - Crédit Mutuel". The programme that has been launched jointly by the Region and the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne is the first major communications initiative in sailing to be related to the Brittany area.
