The French insurance company has been committed itself to La Solitaire since 2008, guiding its first nautical miles and introducing them to the world of offshore racing. Once again this year, GMF will make the most of the event to meet the public in the villages set up in the three French host ports of call, taking the opportunity to offer visitors useful advice and risk prevention messages. Taking part in the day-to-day processes of the race, GMF Assistance will also get involved in the event by providing the skippers with a team of physiotherapists and osteopaths. This care is essential for the skippers to help them recover as rapidly as possible after each leg of the race.
